HKSBS Mission
The Hong Kong Society of Breast Surgeons was established in 2012 by our founding President, Dr. Polly Cheung. With collaboration of a group of surgeons with special interest in breast surgery, we aim to promote, foster, develop and assist the medical profession in the acquisition, dissemination and application of knowledge concerning breast surgical care.
The Society supports scientific clinical research in the field of breast surgery and we also support our local surgeons for overseas breast surgery training. With regular conferences and meetings, The Society acts as a channel to strengthen the ties and collaboration with other professional bodies worldwide. The Society also aims to increase awareness on various breast diseases to the medical profession as well as the public.
